Calculators run in your browser

Every calculator on this site computes locally. The Robux amounts, prices and estimates you type are not transmitted to us or to anyone else while you are using them, and closing the tab discards them.

Two deliberate exceptions:

• The cashout goal tracker keeps one goal in your browser, automatically, so it is still there next time. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser's site data removes it, and a different device will not have it.
• Saving to an account sends what you saved to our server — goals and split sheets. This only happens when you have an account and press save.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you submit it to the rate alert list, the contact form, or to sign in. For the list and the form we store which page you submitted from, so we know which parts of the site are useful. There is no password — signing in emails you a one-time code, so we never hold a password for you at all.
• Your message, if you use the contact form.
• What you choose to save, if you have an account. That means the goals you save (a name, a target and your progress, in Robux) and the split sheets you save (a project name, a period, a revenue figure, and the names and percentages you typed for collaborators). Whatever you type into those fields is what gets stored — so do not put anything in a collaborator name field you would not want kept.
• An authentication session, if you sign in. This is a pair of server-only cookies that identify your session. They cannot be read by JavaScript and are not used for tracking.
• Aggregate, anonymous analytics — page views, referrers, and which tools get used. No cross-site tracking, no individual profiles.

How long we keep it

There are two separate stores of your email address and they are deleted separately, which is worth stating plainly rather than leaving you to discover it:

• Your account — deleting it removes the account, its email, and every goal, progress entry and split sheet you saved.
• Your newsletter subscription and any contact messages — these are not tied to an account and are not removed by deleting one. Unsubscribe through the link in any email, or ask us to erase them.

If you want both gone, do both. We would rather say so than let a delete button imply more than it does.

One honest caveat about deletion: the database is backed up off-site, and those backups are retained for 30 days. Deleting something removes it from the live database immediately, but a copy can persist in a backup until that backup ages out. Backups are used only to restore the service after a failure — they are not queried, searched or used for anything else.

What we never collect

We do not ask for and will not accept Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, bank account details, payment card details, government ID, or Roblox account credentials. No page on this site has a field for any of them.

If you send any of it to us anyway, we will delete it rather than store it.

Who else sees your data

• Our email provider, to deliver the emails you asked for.
• Our database host, which stores subscriber emails, contact messages, account records and anything you saved. It runs on a server we control.
• Our analytics provider, which receives only anonymous, aggregate page data.

We do not sell, rent or trade your email address. Ever.

Under 18

A lot of Roblox creators are minors. If you are under 13, please do not submit an email address to us or create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, ask a parent before signing up for anything — including ours.

If a parent wants a minor's email address removed, tell us and we will delete it. No verification hoops.

Getting your data removed

If you have an account, the account page has a delete button. It removes the account, every saved goal, every progress entry and every saved split sheet from the live database immediately, without emailing anyone or waiting for us — subject to the 30-day backup retention described above. It does not touch a newsletter subscription or contact messages sent from the same address; those are separate, as described above.

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. To have your address and any contact messages deleted entirely, ask us and it is done — we do not keep a suppression copy beyond what is needed to honor the unsubscribe.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the update date at the top changes and subscribers are told by email.
