What LootTally is
A free set of calculators and explainers for people earning money from game platforms — Roblox first, with Fortnite and Minecraft to follow. It exists because the numbers creators need are scattered across documentation, forum threads and a lot of confidently wrong blog posts.
The tools are free, need no account, and run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into a calculator is sent anywhere.
What LootTally is not
- Not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. LootTally is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Calculators are estimates, not tax advice.
- Not a tax service. We explain and estimate. We do not prepare returns, give advice on your situation, or want to see your documents.
- Not staffed by credentialed tax professionals. We are not going to invent a CPA to look authoritative. Where a question needs a professional, we say so and stop.
- Not a place to trade Robux. We do not accept Robux, and we do not link to trading, gambling or "free Robux" sites.
How it stays accurate
Every rate, fee, threshold and date on this site is stored in a single data file and rendered from it. There are no hard-coded numbers in any page. When a figure changes, one edit updates the whole site — including the "last verified" stamps.
How LootTally makes money
Eventually: display advertising, affiliate links to payment and bookkeeping services, and a paid guide. Two rules govern all of it — affiliate links are labelled as affiliate links, and no partner ever influences a number, a recommendation, or which method we say is cheapest.
If we ever recommend a product we earn from, we will also tell you when it is the wrong choice.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, we want to know — particularly if you have a primary source that contradicts us. Send it over and we will fix it and log the change.
